Called for service to our fireplace and was told by service representative that he would be out in a couple days and would call to confirm. Gentleman never called and when we called to inquire about service date, he told us he would not have time and that we would need to find another company.

Extremely well. The storms on the eastern seaboard delayed shipment of the stove, but once it arrived the installation was completed promptly.
