 + -1 moreCalled for service to our fireplace and was told by service representative that he would be out in a couple days and would call to confirm. Gentleman never called and when we called to inquire about service date, he told us he would not have time and that we would need to find another company.

 + -1 moreExtremely well. The storms on the eastern seaboard delayed shipment of the stove, but once it arrived the installation was completed promptly.
Description of Work: He installed a Tula Wood Stove for us. This included ordering the stove, installing it, installing the roof vent and fresh air source. He and his assistant were very professional and treated our home well during the installation process. The stove came in a dark brown, but we needed it black, so he sprayed it with a metallic fleck paint. It looks terrific and we really enjoy the stove.
