Auto Service
Yes, I recommend this pro
When I noticed the loose plastic pan / engine shield, I didn't want to drive back to the previous shop with a dragging part, and I didn't want to jack the car up and work under it. So I called and took it to AGS, which a friend had previously told me about (he was very satisfied with some extensive engine work), to see if they could fix it then. I had to wait since he was assisting another customer. When he got done he checked my car, a 2004 BMW, jacked the car up, repositioned the pan / shield, and found some screws and reattached it. He wouldn't charge me for the work or part (it took 20 minutes), but I gave him a $20.00 "tip". Don't be put off by the clutter outside, and the entrance off Dixie Downs (behind Walgrens) is difficult to find and there's no street signage (that's why I didn't give the highest ranking to "Professionalism"). He's an ex race car mechanic, with pictures on his office wall. I was very happy with the service and his honesty and fairness.
