I have been very frustrated with Monarch PM over the last three years for their lack of ability to enforce basic HOA rules such as parking, right to quiet enjoyment, and dog owners keeping their pets on a leash unless they have a fenced yard. Phone calls and emails go unacknowledged over 90% of the time. Unfortunately, it only takes one or two households to not comply with the rules to make the subdivision look unattractive and it is unfair for those that follow the rules and pay their HOA dues every month. In my opinion, the community looks much more run down since Monarch PM took over.

They have been good to deal with. The name of the complex is and ldquo;Shadow Brooksand rdquo; and when we give our HOA fee's every month we make the cheque out to and ldquo;Shadow Brooksand rdquo; but send that cheque to and ldquo;Monarch Property Managementand rdquo;. They probably take a percentage of the cheque that we pay for management purposes.
