Kelsch Construction
About us
I am a licensed general contractor with the state of Utah. I started my construction career with remodeling older pioneer homes and then worked in a community non-profit housing organization for several years building over 80 homes in three years and all under budget. I was awarded the construction manager of the year by the United States Department of Agriculture in 2009. I am now self-employed with my own company building custom homes. I have experience in all the trades and I specialize in excellent communication and I make all my subs work under a signed contract.

Services we offer
I know how to get the most accurate and realistic budget up front., I offer a very simple cost plus contract. This means I bid out the home and give you a budget. I then charge %10 on the total cost to build the home, everything with me is transparent. You will see every invoice and every receipt. Having worked under very rigid budget constraints with the USDA, paid in three installments. I am very careful with budgets. Unlike some contractors who sandbag hidden costs
