The serviceman went beyond what I had asked him to do. He spend extra time filed down a problem with a lock so it would would more smoothly once he had solved the sand problem. He walked by the closet with the incorrectly installed lock and asked if I would mind if he fixed it, as he hated to see something installed incorrectly. No charge for that.
