Springville Commercial Appliance Repair

Description of Work: I called several places for repair on the dryer at my rental house. This business was high to mid priced, and had availability so I tentatively scheduled with them, clearly stating I was shopping around and would get back with them to confirm. I found several lower priced companies so I called to cancel. The technician, John Grammer, began to yell at me and cursed about the cancellation. I hung up on him so as not to hear his vulgarities. He called me back from a different phone number and demanded I give him a credit card and pay for a trip charge. I declined and hung up as he again started to yell and cuss at me. He called again, and I rejected the call, then blocked his number. He showed up at my rental house and yelled at my tenants as well! Luckily her husband was there to remove him from the property. If he returns, he will go to jail for trespassing!!
