We wanted some unique barn doors for our basement theater room. We were very impressed by the craftsmanship of the custom doors at Rustica. We are very pleased with how the doors came out as far as quality, however customer service and attention to detail is not a strong point for this company. We were quoted 4-6 weeks. When we called after 5 weeks we were told it would be ready the following week. We waited until the end of the week (after 7 weeks) and were treated snippy on the phone being told repeatedly that "we would be called" when it was finished. We will had to call in to find out if it was done. Then we were told it would come assembled, it did not. We received the wrong hardware and when they sent out the replacement they only sent enough for one door (we ordered 2). The doors are well crafted but be prepared to deal with some less than pleasant customer service people and double check (or triple check) your order.
