Jensen MM Homes LLC

Our experience was a complete nightmare. We found Jensen homes to be dishonest in almost all their practices, which I would define as predatory. They failed to build to plan, did not provide oversight of their subs, and when it was discovered at the 70% mark that they had given the wrong set of plans to the framing contractor they shrugged it off and said it didn't really matter, and refused to take any responsibility to correct. They insisted on using only their select subs, did not obtain competetive bids, stalled the build into winter months and ultimately coerced us into advancing their framing sub-contractor (AMK Builders LLC) funds which he took then walked off the job without finishing. By the time we fired them, we were at least $250K over budget. To simply say they are incompetent doesn't even touch how badly things went. Have since heard from others reading that hired them that they had similar experiences. Cannot emphasize enough to stay clear of these guys.
