I called Chuck at European last April to get an estimate for a master bath remodel.  He came promptly and gave me a fair estimate and said they could start the job in a month.  My friend wanted my old fixtures so I let her contractor tear our the fixtures. 
Jon, with European came exactly when he said he would and completed  the tear out in just a few hours.  Because all of the work they do is in-house, they were able to stay on the job every day and respond to any concerns I had immediaely.  They listened to what my vision of the bathroom should be and worked with me until they understood very clearly what I was trying to accomplish.  I had some unusual ideas which they were very willing to work with and very creative in working the details out.  My old shower had some hot and cold temp problems which we discussed and resolved very successfully.
When Jon opened up the wall for the plumbing and realized it was a load-bearing wall he immediately called me to discuss what needed to be done and gave me alternatives and pricing so I could make a quick decision and they could continue to work.  We discussed the floor heating and different costs as well. 
Jon is very intelligent and worked well with me and with those who work for him.  He is soft spoken but works very efficiently and expects those who work with him to do the same.
They kept the job site clean and the dust down as well as they could.  I have worked with them before.  They did tile in my kitchen and in my atrium.  So I knew their tile work was perfect.  When it comes to details on finishing work, Jon has great ideas. 
I love my new bathrrom.  It is everything I hoped it would be and more.  They did the job start to finish in two weeks.  WOW!!!  You've got to love that!!

The person that did the tile work in our home is very meticulous, and is also very considerate and professional. He laid down things so our rugs, floors, and furnishings wouldn't get dirt in our home while he did the work.
