Child Care - Family/In Provider Home
We have used Kids Count for nearly five years. We primarily use them in the summer as a day camp. Kids Count provides a monthly calendar listing all of the activities and field trips offered. On Mondays and Fridays, they have crafts and games at the center. Tuesday and Thursday they take children on field trips to museums, bowling, playgrounds, horse ranches and arcades. Wednesday the children go swimming. Kids Counts provides breakfast and lunch. The activity fee is $40 a month - which I think just about covers the field trips. The activity fee is in addition to the regular day care charge.
The staff is cheerful, knowledgeable and likes children. The children like them. The facility is clean.
We appreciate their willingness to work with us. A few days in the winter we have had need of after school day care and they have sent a bus to pick the children up from school.
I have been in and out of Kids Count in the early morning, during the day and just before 6:00 pm for nearly five years. They are consistent in their service. I will definitely be using them again.
