Everyone we dealt with at Window World was awesome. Kathy took the time to explain everything to me at the showroom. Steve was great when he gave us our quote. The installers were very professional and fast. The windows look great and we have seen a huge improvement in sound and energy efficiency. We should have called Window World a long time ago.

A couple of years ago, the replaced several windows in my home. They were professional and the quality of work was excellent. They were on time, and I would highly recommend them.

Window World won our bid to install 24 windows in the house. We checked with other providers and there was a resonable improvement on cost vs. the other bids we checked. Their team did a good job installing the windows. They fell down a bit on the redelivery of two windows that were broken either in shipment or in the installation process. There was an inordinate amount of time and several calls back to WW to correct this problem. They appear to have had some internal communication issues...but in the end, the windows were installed.

They did very good work. They cleaned up after themselves. We had a problem with one window. Something was not right, and they are going to have it replaced for free. They have a lifetime guarantee so the next home owner will be able to take this over.

They were in and out really quick and knew exactly what they were doing. Their cost was lower than a couple of other places we had looked into as well.
