Scott Lyman Painting

He failed to do any of the promised wood prep and painted right over peeling paint and cracked door frames. He gobbed the paint on in some places to hide the cracks. Their agreement was that he fill, sand, and paint. He eliminated the first two steps going against his word and bond. He LITERALLY left a wreath hanger over the top of one door, painted right over it leaving a foot-long stripe of a different color. The door jambs were unpainted or half-painted. Come on Scott 2 years of experience? We will now have to strip the doors, fill, sand, and paint the doors and frames. He promised a full refund and then only gave me half back. Scott Lyman seems to have a problem with his tongue. It does not tell the truth sometimes. Not ready for prime time. I would caution you to either watch every move he makes or find a better painter.
