They let me know when my fresh tree would be delivered and updated me the day of. They said the tree would be left at the door if no one was home. I came home to find the tree dumped at the end of my drive. I have a long, uphill drive. I had to drag the tree up the hill by myself...I am nearly 60 and 5'2....It would have been easier for me to get my own tree as I usually do ...at least I could have driven up the hill and into the garage and not have to drag a heavy tree. Next I made a new cut and lugged the tree upstairs and into the tree stand. Taking the twine off left needles everywhere. With every touch of the tree it shed more needles. This tree also did not have the best shape. We have put the lights on so far and needles continue to rain down. I sent an email to the company and obviously they do not read them. They ignored my complaints and merely replied they hoped I enjoyed my tree. I have been getting 2 fresh trees every year for over 35 years and this has to be about the worst one I have ever had. This includes the box stores, nurseries and local stands. I got the tree with a Living social coupon or I would be even more irritated at the quality of the tree. I just hope it lasts through Christmas and we don't have to pick too many needles out of the packages...they are everywhere! Every time I water it....I am covered and the floor is covered. Awful!!!!
