 + -1 moreVery dishonest company. We had multiple problems with the carpet that they installed and tried to contact them and have them come out and fix it. They didn't tell me when they were sending someone out to look at the problem with the carpet so I got a phone call as he was pulling up to my house and we weren't home. He said he would come back and never did. We had only paid for half of the carpet at this point and I offered multiple times to pay the rest in full and was told to wait until after they came out to fix it. I couldn't get anyone to contact me again and then out of nowhere I got a letter saying I had to respond to them within 3 weeks. I replied within 1 week and didn't hear anything back. Next thing I know I got a letter from a lawyers office telling me to pay them. I tried again to get in touch with multiple people after I got the letter from the lawyer and cannot get anyone to reply. Within 1 year of having the carpet installed it us pulling away from the ground. I will be reporting them to the BBB also. Do not do business with this company.
