Second service they literally did not clean the toilets and when I contacted the owner, she wanted pictures. I sent pictures and she didn't respond for hours, and then when I received no response I said I would be looking for another cleaning service and she basically responded back that she had been busy and she's sorry and she'll take us off the schedule (we had wanted reoccurring service) - she didn't offer to have the toilets cleaned or anything! super disappointing. First service, They were much more thorough than another service I tried for about the same price. Only down side is the workers donâ t speak much English

They were on time and started to clean without any instructions. There were two women and they worked together. I was a bit surprized at the amount of my bill I was quoted over the phone somewhere in the neighborhood of $280.00. The bill ended up being $360,00. I was taken back by the difference in price.

They were a little late, but that's ok. They came in, the cleaned without instructions which freed me to continue working. They were quiet and polite, definitely will hire again.

The work the cleaning ladies did was good. However, I hired them to specifically do certain tasks and if completed they could do general cleaning if time permitted. Unfortunately the room top on my list that I reviewed with them prior to starting did not get touched. They did a good job as far as making my house look clean. However, I still have the tasks to do for which I hired them! I think part of the problem was language communication although their English seemed fine.

They showed up with short notice, which was so nice for me. They worked quickly (2 women). Everything looks fantastic!

I had them deep clean my house and I am very happy with the work that they did! They cleaned my living room, kitchen, and main bath. They wiped down all of my walls, baseboards, and cabinets and left my bathroom sparkling. Felt like the value for my money was excellent.

I was extremely happy with the results. I was in the middle of remodeling a townhome and needed a thorough cleaning of the home prior to repainting. The cleaning professionals did an exceptional job in cleaning baseboards, bathrooms, the kitchen, and vacuuming all the dust due to remodeling. I would highly recommend their services.

Did a move in cleaning after buying a new house and having work done. They had to deal with a painting crew finishing work. They were climbing in and out of cabinets to get them clean. They communicated very well over the phone.

The housekeepers that came to my house stayed for five hours- which I felt was too long since my house wasn’t very dirty or grimy. It needed “superficial” cleaning. Although they dusted, swept, mopped, wiped down & vacuumed everything, they might have dawdled a little bit. For example, one woman spent 11/2 hours just cleaning the master bathroom, which was probably unnecessary. (They charge by the hour, not per entire job.) I was mostly pleased with them since everything looked & smelled very clean, but wished they’d also cleaned the media room in the basement. They were supposed to clean the entire house.
