We had Zach come out and treat our house for mice. He did a great job. Very professional and helped find where he thought they were coming through. Really appreciated the help.

They came when they said, they completed the job very well and then explained what was done.

They were quick in coming to my house and spraying. Employees were very considerate and accommodating. We did have to have them spray 3 times though just to get rid of the spiders. I know its an older house so it's expected to have to come back once but two more times seems a little excessive. They did an excellent job after that though and I was grateful they came back so willingly and didn't charge me extra. I would definitely use them again especially since I haven't seen a spider for months.

Seth, the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Prompt service and arrived when they said they would. I thought I needed a come back so I called and he took care of the problem under warranty.

We needed an inspection for our VA home loan. Certain forms were required by the VA for our loan to proceed. All Guard was aware of the needed forms and we were able to get the inspection and forms done quickly.

So far so good. Time will tell how long the killing lasts but the bugs were dead immediately and haven't come back.

This service was for a house that is currently being rented. I was not there for the service, but the renters were satisfied with the service and I thought the price was reasonable. They even returned for a follow-up treatment at no extra charge.

I was really impressed with the employee who showed up. He was very considerate (even removing his shoes when he came inside). He explained everything thoroughly and got right to work. He explained what we may expect after treatment and also how their warranty works.

Excellent work done, you get what you pay for. Customer service was almost perfect, but pretty much everything else was.

We were, at the last minute required to have a pest inspection for a mortgage refinance. Seth was able to come out the same day and get it done for me so I could get the papers to the lender for the underwriter. A week later, the lender came back to us requesting changes to the form (the DR for drive was left off of our address -- that is how picky the lender/underwriter is being), Seth redid the form and emailed it to me within a day. Great response and customer service.

Rodent control is expensive. They are competitive with the other companies. Their warranty was longer. It is a expensive service, but it seems to have worked.

Timely and efficient. Great visit.
