After a valve broke in our dryer, part of our home was flooded. Disaster Pro was at our home within an hour. They removed the water, placed fans throughout the area to dry the carpet, sub-floor and tile. They placed a dehumidifier in the home. The next day they returned to check on the drying process. After deciding the carpet was not worth saving, they removed the carpet and padding. They were available throughout the clean up process. Brandon and Trevor managed the clean up process and kept everything on track. They were wonderful to work with and provided an excellent service.
