Description of Work: Highly recommend. Brandon did excellent work, was bonded, licensed, trusted, and I felt good about them being in and out of my home. I had water damage, 2 walls stripped down to the concrete, new sheet rock, paint, and cleaned the carpeting. Great protection was used to test for, contain and remove mold that might be present.

After a valve broke in our dryer, part of our home was flooded. Disaster Pro was at our home within an hour. They removed the water, placed fans throughout the area to dry the carpet, sub-floor and tile. They placed a dehumidifier in the home. The next day they returned to check on the drying process. After deciding the carpet was not worth saving, they removed the carpet and padding. They were available throughout the clean up process. Brandon and Trevor managed the clean up process and kept everything on track. They were wonderful to work with and provided an excellent service.
Description of Work: Disaster Pros cleaned up the water from a broken water valve. Disinfected the area so mold would not grow. They worked with the homeowners insurance company and coordinated with trades to repair and replace items. ( carpet layers, heat and A/C duct work cleaned, tile sealed, heater checked) They were very professional and knowledgeable.
