This was a full front and backyard re-model. Casey was responsive to my request for a bid, took care of all engineering and city permitting issues (which was big), worked very well with my wife and I as the project progressed and adjustments were needed, including being very up-front about costs, and when the major work was done, he didn't abandon ship, but stuck through the minor details - including sprinklers, outdoor electrical, and even some minor grass re-seeding. Very impressive and I cant recommend highly enough. In a time where so many contractors seem to be incomplete, un-involved, and even leave customers hanging, Casey and Green Summit are a blessing.

Casey quickly reached out to me and scheduled a time to come by and take a look. Provided options and gave great advice. The communication was great throughout. We would definitely hire him for future projects.

Green Summit Development was hired to do excavating and a sprinkler system in my backyard on September 16, 2020. I was so pleased with the quality of work that I rehired Green Summit Development to build a fence for my entire backyard. It wasnâ t just any fence it was a specific design. Casey Moore the contractor build it exactly that design I requested. I highly recommend Casey for any kind of construction work needed. Casey is very honest and highly experienced. Casey Moore is a general contractor, insured, with an engineer and building license.

We had them come out to give us a bid from the recommendation. They come out say they are interested and we never hear from them again. I just do not get it! Why leave us wondering. Business must be good.

Look no further if you need a contractor for pergola construction--Casey is absolutely amazing. He built a solid and stunning pergola for us on an existing deck. He's a perfectionist and was professional from start to finish. It's hard to find quality builders these days--Casey is one of the few remaining. We couldn't stop bringing him new project ideas the whole time he was here, and he took every question seriously and provided us with very useful information, design ideas, and resources. We expanded the project to covering the pergola, adding lighting, blinds, a fan, and a heater--and he rolled with every change we asked for seamlessly and efficiently. Would recommend him highly for any construction project as he is experienced and multi-talented. Will definitely continue working with him on future projects!

I wish I could put 10 stars on here. Casey was extremely professional and punctual from the moment he first came to our home to discuss our ideas. We love our new patio and will definitely contact Casey for future projects.
