Proceed with caution. Work is still in progress 5 months later! Items that were in scope were sheetrock, doors, door casing and window sills. Every other tradesman that has come to complete work in the basement has told me the same thing about the sheetrock work saying it’s some of the worse they’ve seen. They are also stumped when I tell them it’s been 5 months and work is still not complete (1000 sq ft for reference). Communication is spotty at best. I’ve been beyond patient but I just want the work done at this point and move on. It’s starting to feel like a hostage situation. My recommendation is adding a charge back stipulation, if you choose to work with them. Where any day past their quoted completion date adds a credit to the amount owed. Attached are some images of the work that has been done. I’ll be happy to take this review down once the work is completed.

"Thank you for voicing your thoughts about this project. Yes indeed it did take longer than expected. Some of the issues were framing we did not do... that needed addressing prior to sheetrock... and we had mud guys that did not do the best of work in which we take full accountability for. We did get new subs to do the work correctly as we have discussed during the project. Another delay was the doors, we had not anticipated Lowes to take so long for these special order doors, unfortunately that was beyond our control. Also as the job was in progress, a few changes were made from customer. Just wanted to give some context to our side of the project and watch ourselves as not to make excuses for our challenges. During the course of the project we have happily communicated and addressed the issues as stated as well as have given this customer a significant reduction in cost as to assist in satisfying some of these delays. As we walked the project a couple of weeks ago, your painters had recently finished and you had mentioned your satisfaction to the turnout after the drywall delays and repairs. Thankfully the doors that came from Lowes have arrived and been delivered to the project in which marked this job as complete. We do apologize and take responsibility for the delays and concerns voiced in the review and are grateful we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion. 95% of what we do is paint and this is a reminder to us that in these such situations, we should just stay in our lane. Brandon was wonderful to work with. He was very good at communicating and very responsive. He always kept me in the loop on what was happening with our project. Brandon was very accommodating and made sure we were happy. We ended up adding on a few extras and they did everything we wanted for the initial bid. I would definitely recommend them, they are reasonably priced and a GREAT value.

If it was possible to give this provider an "A+" for their work I would! It is for this reason that I am happy to add this professional painting company to Angie's List so that others may benefit from their expertise!
They began the project with touch up work on the interior of our home until it was warm enough to move outside. Both Brandon and Mike worked on the interior and I can't sing their praises loud enough! They were prompt, professional and did an outstanding job! They were polite and respectful of my elderly dogs and careful not to let them escape from our home.
When the weather warmed, the project shifted outside to the very daunting task of re-staining our 3-story home. This time it was Brandon, Dusty, Zeke and Mike who tackled this Herculean feat. Besides being professional, efficient, and thorough they were all pleasant- both to me and to each other. You can tell that these gentlemen love their profession and enjoy working with their clients.
I have used other painters in the past, but NONE were as good as Brandon Sharp's team! They made our house look fabulous- inside and out!
