Mark Higley is one of the most dishonest and distasteful men that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.  He did not tell us that he was going to charge for giving us a bid (no one else did) - and then started work without our consent!!!  When my daughter discovered him moving electrical boxes an hour later she told him to stop - that she had NOT hired him and was only asking him for a bid.  He then sent a bill in a text for 1580.00 the next day.  

Other electricians said that they would charge us less than 400.00 for the same work.  Mr. Higley has sued people 15 times and seems like a really nice guy at first, smiles etc but becomes extremely disagreeable and mean if you question him on anything.  In our experience he is less than honest, down right nasty to deal with and resorts to a law suit at the drop of a hat.  I would never recommend or hire him.

Mark was so professional and helpful! His team arrived on time and finished when they said they would. They were very accommodating to my compressed timeline and were willing to do their work in cramped quarters due to several services being done on the house at one time. During our consultation Mark explained everything that needed to be done and insisted over and over that if he or his team was going to touch it, it had to be done to code (both of the others I got bids from provided advice on circumventing code requirements which made me very nervous given the dangers inherent in bad electrical work). Their bid was not the cheapest, but the quality of the work and on-time delivery of what was promised was well worth the difference in price (about 10%). You usually get what you pay for and when it comes to something as important as quality electrical, I would much rather have it done right and know that my house, stuff, pets, self, etc. are safe.

GOOD SERVICE BUT PERHAPS OVER PRICED. 

It worked really really well. It was a really stupid thing I didn't put the switch and that's why my receptacle didn't work. It was reasonable. The gentleman that was here, his name is Travis. He said" You're just barely giving in to the $55 range." He said " This won't be master bill at all." He is really pleasant and such a nice man. He wanted to come out personally but he ran over and sent these two guys and they're so polite and so knowledgeable. I'm so like "My gosh finally." someone who's not trying to rip me off 'cause I had bids on the house and I had some electrical work done. This guy and he's company were just very reasonable and they showed up on time too which is very nice for me. I appreciate that. I would use them again in the future.

I had Mark give us a bid to do the electrical work in our basement and to add some cans to our upstairs kitchen as well. He was a referral from the framer that I hired to do my basement. My framer assured me that no one would be more fair and do a better job than Mark and his crew.
Not only was his bid significantly less than the other two people I had look at doing the work, but his responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism have exceeded every expectation that I've had. He's worked around my schedule and they've done such an efficient job of getting everything put together quickly. My home inspector actually commented on the great job that they did when I passed my four-way inspection. His entire crew was helpful as they were doing the things that they do. They were also terrific in accommodating the other subs that were working on our basement at the same time.
He gave us a multitude of lighting options and his price was better with the higher end materials than others were with inferior products. Of course everyone needs to make money at what they do, but I sincerely appreciate that Mark is such a fair and honest person.

We had some can lights put in our home. This company did such an awesome job. They were very professional, clean and quick. The home was built without any lights put in this particular room. They only had to make one hole in the wall that was so easy for us to patch and paint. They were done in a very timely manner and I appreciated their service so much. My husband and I were so happy with this company and we will definitely call them again with any electrical needs.
