 + -1 moreThe cleaning of our rental home was done in Dec, 2009. In January, 2010, we asked for a bill for services rendered and again that same month. We asked for a bill for services in person, to two seperate employees, in February. We asked again, via email in March. Each time we were told that "the other employee was taking care of it". In May, the company had the nerve to contact us to state that they would be withholding rent checks they receive from our second property until the bill had been paid in full. We reminded them that they have yet to provide us with a bill and that's when they stopped taking our calls or responding to emails.
Description of Work: We hired this company to collect rent for two of our rental properties. They also evicted one renter and had their handyman clean up the home upon the renter's departure.
