My experience with Qualls Chem-Dry was extremely positive from start to finish.  Making the appointment was very easy and staff was very professional on the phone.  Service technician, Seth, called ahead as promised to let me know he was on the way.  He arrived promptly for my appointment and was great to work with.  He cleaned all carpets very thoroughly and even removed some very difficult stains which I thought could not be removed.  He worked very quickly and efficiently and was extremely careful working around my furniture, so as not to cause any damage or get moisture on the wood.
I have patronized Qualls for many years and have always been very pleased and satisfied with their service.  I would recommend them highly!
