Mark was slow to respond, and I often had to call several times to get a hold of him. Services were overpriced, and the decorative rock wall that was put in is of inferior rock and is now chipping away. I wanted to hire him for more services - adding cement siding to my gardens. He quoted me 3.75 per foot, but now won't return my calls.

I had tried to get it right but it was one thing after another and didn't have the time to d*** around. The provider went and looked at the manifolds, called me with a price which was reasonable, and fixed the same day. Saved me much time, effort, and frustration. I have not had a problem since.
