Came same time each week, mowed and edged.  Several guys, very quick, looked nice.

They were very polite and told me exactly what they would do. They had to dig out around the part to replace and was very carefully not get dirt into the sprinkler system. They had to go to home depot to get a part because I have an old system. They cleaned up the area and made sure that it look as before.

Other than being delayed a couple of weeks, because we couldn't get any sod, the job was great and Gabe got it done in no time. I would definitely hired them again.

They are nice, responsive, and they do a good job. They are trustworthy.

I called on a Friday evening and Gabe answered. I asked about Fall Cleanup that we just couldn't get around to. This included trimming some plants, trees, tall grasses; and getting up leaves without disturbing the mulch. We discussed the price over the phone and he estimated the time and cost. He said he'd call me the following week (Thanksgiving week) to give me a more exact time of when they could come out. He called on Wednesday morning and said he could get a couple of guys out that afternoon. It took them an hour to do the job. A job that would have taken us an entire day to do. They cleaned up everything and it looks great.

Services have been performed as promised, and they always let me know when they will be coming. They leave information after each treatment as to what they did and whether or not it needs to be watered in. Our lawn looks very good, particulary the back yard, which had started to look unhealthy, with brown areas in spite of watering. It now looks very green and healthy. They use a spray-on liquid for the treatments. They also provide spider and lawn grub control if requested, for an additional fee.

Gabe answered the phone when I called and offered to come out for an estimate the same day. He came out that evening when it was convenient for me and we talked through a number of ideas and options. He called the next day with an update and then delivered the estimate at the agreed upon time. After agreeing on the terms and price, we set a date for him to begin work.

Due to a prior travel commitment, Gabe's brother Cory did the bulk of the work while Gabe was out of town. He showed up as expected with all the necessary tools. He asked if it was OK and then took down a section of our vinyl fence so he could access the backyard with a small tractor. Had we not heard the tractor running or seen Cory moving about, we never would have known he was working in the yard except for the steady improvements we could see occurring.

Cory kept us updated as on the progress he was making and his plans for the next day. Cory asked if it was OK to leave the tractor in the backyard overnight, rather than just assuming he could. (He did this so he could fill the trailer with mulch on his way to the house rather than make a trip to the house and then back to get mulch after unloading the tractor.) Cory arrived the next day with the load of mulch and completed the mulching and then trimmed the trees and bushes and hauled away all the debris.

Both Gabe and Cory returned the last day to finish topping two trees and make sure we were satisfied with the work. They offered input on lawn maintenance ideas and even helped adjust the timer on our irrigation system to make it work more efficiently. It is great having someone you can trust who is also willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy.

All in all, the work was completed in the manner Gabe described and we expected. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I'd recommend Gabe and Cory Payne and Payne in the Grass Lawn care to anyone without reservation.

Went well-Gabe came when expected and was very nice. We use them every week for maintenance now :-)

They did an awesome job. The shed and garden area look wonderful. Gabe was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.
