I took my Husqvarna chainsaw to Mower Medic on May 2 2014 to have it repaired. I was told at that time that they were so backed up with previous work that it would take at least 3 weeks before a technician would be able to even look at my chainsaw just to diagnose the reason that it wasn't running properly. On May 31 2014 (4 weeks after I had dropped it off) I recieved a voicemail from Chris(technician) advising me what the problem was and what the cost of the repairs would be and was advised to call back or better yet email mowermedicllc.com ( because Mower Medic only checks thier voice mail  periodically) whether or not I wanted mower medic to proceed with the repair. Well appartently Mower Medic DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE BECAUSE IT IS RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARE HELPING IN THE STORE and the call should transfer to an answering service!!!(which it does not) so I went ahead and left a voicemail and sent an Email that same day notifying them to go ahead with the repairs. On Monday June 9th (After 9 days which is a reasonable amount of time to preform needed repairs and not recieving any communication from Mower Medic and numerous failed attempt to reach them by phone or email) I drove to Mower Medic to check on the progress of my chainsaw. I gave the lady working the front desk my work order and she pulled it up on the computer and to my disappointment I was advised that they were waiting to hear from me to authorize the repairs. I advised the lady of my NUMEROUS  FAILED ATTEMPTS to contact them through the listed phone nbr and email address telling them to proceed withg the repairs and again I was met with the same excuse that  MOWER MEDIC DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE BECAUSE IT IS RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARE HELPING IN THE STORE and the call should transfer to an answering service!! After voicing my disappointment about the lack of communication I was advised that Mower Medic would order the parts need and the lady even guaranteed that my chainsaw would be ready for me to pick up on Thurday June 12th and that they would call me to let me know what time I could come pick up my chainsaw. Apperantly the needed part to fix my chainsaw was not in stock at the distributor and it was put on backorder. Once again Mower Medic has ABSOLUTLY NO communication with thier customers. june 12th came and no phone call from mower medic. I was called out of town unexpectedly the following week so I figured It would give Mower Medic more time to fix my chainsaw. Guess what not a single ounce of communication from Mower Medic so on June 23 2014 I again drove to Mower Medic and at this point I was advised about the back ordered part and was advised the part won't be available til July 8th!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Once again I expressed my utter disappointment in the complete NON-EXISTENT COMMUNICATION OF MOWER MEDIC!!! the front desk manager and 2 other women behind the desk became very rude and begain attacking me verbally stating that its not thier fault that they don't communicate with they customers because they are busy (FYI, I was the only one in the store at 10am) and again using the same crappy excuse that MOWER MEDIC DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE BECAUSE IT IS RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARE HELPING IN THE STORE and the call should transfer to an answering service!!! Mower Medic has Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! After 2 Months I still don't have my chainsaw and Needless to say I will never use Mower Medic again and will advise all my personal and business contacts to do the same.
