He was recommended to me by an interior decorator I was using but he is worthless. He did one window for me and I really liked what he did, but he did not quite finish. I then asked him to install two additional bay windows doing the same treatment as the earlier window so he ordered the windows and I have not heard of him since. I paid in advance for the windows as well as half of the labor but now my money for the windows and the labor is gone; he won't return my calls and won't answer my phone. I have no idea where my windows are or how to get them and now I am wondering if he ever ordered the windows or if he just took my money and never ordered the windows. Since them I have done a background check on him and have discovered that he has had a couple of criminal records, bankruptcies, tax problems and has had other people do small claims against him, so he has not been a model citizen. I will not use him again in the future.
