He's a one man show and comes prepared with a trailor full of solutions. ?We discussed the spotty brown grass plus he found a cracked sprinkler that we didn't even know about. ?He was able to replace the sprinkler and tighten some other sprinkler heads. ?Very professional and a nice guy. ?Would use him again if any other sprinkler problems arise.

I hired Millcreek Sprinkler a few years ago for a larger job and was very happy both then and now. This was a smaller job.

Once we hit the 90s in town, they were busy. But, they returned my initial call, set a date out in the future with a 30 minute arrival window, and then showed up on time. AJ was professional, loved our dog (always a plus), and suggested a cheaper and easier fix than what I had in mind. Will most certainly hire these folks again.

First of all, they were amazingly responsive, especially considering this is prime "get your sprinklers working" time. I got a call back same day (I called on a Wednesday afternoon) and they scheduled me for the next Monday. i was expecting over a week wait time, so I was very excited about that. They came at the time they said they would--gave me a call first to let me know they were 20 minutes away. The woman who called me back was very nice and friendly. She made me feel like a very important customer, even though my service call would be a small one for them. The man who came was very friendly and explained what he was doing all the time. He got the sprinkler timer working, then checked all the sprinkler heads to make sure they were watering where they were supposed to. I had one "geyser" that he replaced for me. He was very thorough, but got it done in a short time. I would definitely use Millcreek Sprinkler again!

First met Geromie and AJ after I just moved into my house, and the old system sprung a leak and flooded the street. They immediately took the emergency call and fixed the problem. They then fixed a second emergency when I pick-axed through another hose that was connected directly to my water line (not to code). I choose them to install a new system as they were so responsive and competent. They may be slightly more expensive initially but it has been WELL worth it. They have come to my house to answer questions, fix hoses/pipes I have broke during our remodel, and most important they worked with our landscaper to ensure our plants were getting the exact right amount of water they need. Geromie walked me through how to use our irrigation timer and did a great job of installing it in our detached garage. Overall he ended up doing way more work then I thought I was going to get and got water to every corner of my property.

Geromie also gives clients a free spring turn-on then winter blow-out and shutoff for the first season.

I highly recommend Millcreek Sprinkler and I will use them every year to maintain my system.

Millcreek Sprinkler Service returned my initial phone call without delay and I was able to get on their schedule the next day.. Work was performed by Cory. He did a great job. He identified the problems in my sprinkler system quickly and went right to work. He was friendly and professional. He had all of the parts needed to repair my sprinkler system with him in his trailer. The price charged was very affordable.

They were punctual, accurately diagnosed the problem, and repaired the problem. they know what they are doing and are very responsive.

It went great! They showed up on time, put a tarp down to protect my lawn, cleaned up when they were done and made the whole system easier to repair in the future with high flow valves and threaded attachments. The whole job was significantly cheaper than the over the phone estimate and they were done in a few hours; which I did not expect. The hardest part was playing phone tag with the woman who answers the phone. It is a cell phone and she is often out of the office and can't schedule things right away.

Cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Millcreek Sprinkler.
I was leaking large amounts of water into the street from my stop waste valve and two handymen could not stop after working it for an hour. In desperation I called Millcreek Sprinkler after seeing them on Angie's List and they had a tech, AJ, out in no time. It took him all of 15 minutes to shut the two rusty valves that were causing the problem. Lydia the dispatcher was also very responsive and it was obvious they cared about helping me more than trying to sell me a system or new parts.
