Millcreek Sprinkler

After using a number of different companies and handymen over 15 years, Millcreek Sprinkler finally solved a number of problems that the others had created or not fixed correctly! Jeremy & Ben came out this morning. They worked quickly and efficiently, and solved each & every problem. Most importantly, they modified or changed each watering section to maximize correct watering times accord to lawn, grass, trees, or garden area. They answered all our questions and gave us suggestions, as well as a written list of the stations, watering times, electrical wire colors, etc. We highly recommend them! They are very busy, but are well worth waiting for - just schedule ahead.

We have used Millcreek Sprinkler for several years. This trip Geromie and another guy came out and turned on our sprinklers. We had a drip line that wasn't working correctly and a broken line and sprinkler head that they fixed. Their prices are very competitive. We have also used them for winterization and other repairs. I heartily recommend them.

I would definitely give them an A+++. It is usually just one person for the fall and spring maintenance. It usually takes a couple of hours.

I originally think thought the stop and waste valve was in need of replacement, which would have cost several hyndred dollars. However, Millcreek determined that the water had not been properly turned on and the stop and waste valve was fine. They repaired a couple of sprinkler heads while at our house, saving us hundreds. I highly advise recommend these guys.

All appears to be fixed. No more flooding. Sprinklers are working as before. The technician was very professional and courteous. Price was slightly above quote but probably due to my request to have upgraded parts used.

Great! Geromie did an initial estimate. He clearly knew what he was doing and offered solutions that made sense and addressed all of my needs. On the day the work was being done, he and his team moved quickly and were happy to answer any questions regarding why/what was being done. The end result was exactly what was discussed and the price matched the estimate he'd given me.

Geromie came and walk through all the issues and requests and gave me an on the spot quote. He also educated me about new sprinkler controllers and we set a date for the work. He and his co-worker arrived on time and spent nearly 5 hours completing the work. Upon finishing we ran all 6 zones and reviewed each change/addition. Everything in the quote was completed and he added a few more improvements than we had talked about in the quite.

All repairs were expertly completed. Geromie is very knowledgeable and has always acted professionally. There have been some delays due to other jobs exceeding their estimated completion, but these delays have always been communicated to us. You might have to wait for an open date for repairs, but I'm willing to wait because I know the job will be done right.

We have used this company the last 5 years to work on our sprinklers. In the beginning they were prompt and gave excellent service, but within the last two years their service has really suffered. We spent over $600 at the beginning of the season to make sure our sprinklers were running right. When we still had dead patches a couple months later we called, it took them two weeks to come out and they said they checked everything and it was fine and adjusted run times and charged us $50. A week later we noticed there we had gurgling valves and called and they couldn't come for a week and said it must have just happened. Clearly, from reading their recent reviews, they have been missing things and not backing up their service. We have paid too much money to them over the years to receive this type of service. We will be looking for someone else. Two years ago we called to schedule a sprinkler shut-down service in the fall, I told them we would be out of town for the date was scheduled and they said it was fine, but when they arrived and we were gone they said they couldn't do it and we never knew until we had a broken pipe later that winter and the plumber said it was from the sprinkler system not being shut down. When I called them they said they had tried to call to tell us they didn't do the service, but I never got a call. I decided everyone makes mistakes and decided to let it go, but should have taken the hint and found a different company back then. It is too bad, because when it was just Geromie, he was great.

Geromie came out and assessed the situation, worked diligently and thoroughly and finally gave us a recommendation to fix the problem that didn't cost us very much. What wonderful, prompt, and professional service! And they cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys!!!

I am SO glad I used Angie's List and got this great recommendation. Geromie was fantastic, did exactly what was needed, super honest, and very efficient. I had no idea if my repair would cost $500 or $5000...and he did a thorough evaluation of what my sprinkler system needed, explained everything, gave me an estimate, then completed everything (and a few other, minor tweaks) and charged even less than the estimate. I could not be more thrilled, and will ALWAYS use him for my future sprinkler needs.
