They did a fair job the first two months, although I had to remind them that I was paying them more than the 'mow, blow, and go' companies because they were to weed and dead head, which they did minimally even after reminding. I paid for mulching that they never bought or put down. The sprinklers were badly set, with some plants under water and other without water. I fired them when I came home from a trip and there was a sprinkler hose cut and pouring water onto the concrete patio. I asked them about it and they said they would fix it. What they did was run it under the fence to the neighbors yard and I got a $300.00 water bill. There were 2 more breaks in the lines. I have never had a company do that with my sprinkler system in my entire life. I had to hire a company to fix the entire sprinkler system. They found the other two breaks and reset every area,which had totally turned off in some areas and others wide open. I have lost many flowering plants because of the bad care and my whole landscape,which was incredibly beautiful when they started, is in the worst shape since I moved here. When I asked them to fix it, Gerry Labrum told me he thought we should just part ways. I agreed. These guys want more money and don't do the work. They talk a good game and don't perform.
