The work went fairly well. I am not sure we got the quality of equipment they assured us of. However their lemon warranties and replacement warranties were better than anywhere else we looked. They sent two workers in, who were kind and respectful; however, they failed to come back on the day they said to remove the swamp cooler. I called them and they set up the following Sunday (yes Sunday) for the task, and AGAIN failed to show. The franchise owner called me Monday and promptly took care of the task.

I had a pretty good experience. They started the job on time, but they did not finish it. The company apologized and then finished the job. The employees were very good people.
