They came on time and finished quickly. Porch looks much better (see before and after pictures below). My only complaint was communication. I am located out of state so I wasn't there when they finished. Normally Tyler tells you what to expect after the job is done, but because I was out of state, that communication didn't happen and my expectations were different because of that. He did respond quickly when I had issues. I think they did a good job, I would just recommend being there when they are and making sure you are on the same page with them, It will save a lot of frustration on both sides. An example of miscommunication - Tyler told me there would be micro cracks after the patch dried. He said it would be like alligator scales, which to me sounded like lots of small cracks. Instead, the cracks themselves are very few, but cover a larger amount of surface area than I expected. Luckily, you don't really see them unless the porch is wet. See picture below.

The boys were busy, but they were able to slot me in about a month after I first called. It took them one day to tear out the old driveway and the next day to pour the new one. We waited the recommended 3 weeks before driving on it and I think it turned out nicely.

Got a prompt response on the request for Quote, was available to answer all the questions and setup the date for the work to be done. Showed up on time and get all the work done as scheduled and accommodated all the additional changes/requests.

5 stars for what they can do. Had everything scheduled right down to the minute. No BS on when it will be done. They. One in and get the job done right.

It went great. I was a little worried because Tyler didn't come see our property until the day of the prep. We had spoken on the phone several times and he gave me a quote based on my measurements and pictures. In the end, he charged us exactly what he told us he would, they didn't ask for full payment until the work was completed, and I didn't have to chase him to set up a date to have it sealed. They were very professional and were a pleasure to deal with.

Don't give them a deposit until they have been on your site to give you a quote in person. Jadon was too busy to come by my property so he provided a quote based on the job description. Based on the quote I requested that he put me on the schedule. A $200 deposit was required to hold a spot on the schedule. When he finally came out to my place, upon my request, he informed me that the cost of the job would be significantly more. Since it was no longer in my budget I decided not to have the work done. This was 3 weeks before my reserved time slot. They did not refund my deposit. I know it is partly my fault for giving these guys the benefit of the doubt. Don't make the same mistake I did. Force them to come out and give you a quote in writing before you give them any of your money.

Very good communication, and at peak of the summer, he fit me in between other appointments. Within a week we agreed on the job , price, and I me frame. They showed up on schedule, and work was done in a day. I have more work needed, so I will call again for their services, my pad was octagon in shape approximately 19 ft x19 ft. And a little strange concrete used for a 3 ft circle pad for an out door fire pit to sit on to boot.

Jadon responded to my bid request by email within 30 minutes! The response included an attachment with a detailed bid that included all of the items I had mentioned in my email and drawings! One of the other contractors got back to me with questions 2 days later and then sent me a two sentence email with no details, just a figure and it was $200 more than the bid from Muddy Boys. The third contractor never replied. Dirty Boys was booked out about a month and we wanted the job done right away but Jadon and Tyler had been so professional and reliable in communication that my wife and I decided it would be worth the wait. So we booked the job with them. Jadon told us that if there were any changes in the schedule they would try to get us done sooner. And that's what ended up happening. We got a call from Jadon a couple weeks later and they were ready to come out the next day. Jadon and Tyler (the owners) showed up on time that morning. They had top of line new equipment and obviously knew how to use it. They brought in a pump truck rather than use the skid steer to move the mud. Probably cost them more money but protected the compacted area and kept the cement truck out in the road.. The area was carefully prepared and compacted just as I had requested in my bid request.. I have had issues in the past with standing water on flat slabs and was worried about that. Tyler assured me that would not be a problem. We requested a stamped finish. They banged the job out quick! And it turned out great! Thank you Tyler and Jadon for our beautiful patio! We love it! look forward to working with you again when we extend the drive way! By far the BEST contractor experience we have ever had!

Getting a hold of them took a few days, as seems to be usual with contractors. No one answers the phone if you are a new customer (they do not have a secretary), but if you leave your name and number, they do get back to you (it may take a few days, but they do call you back). They will not come out to the location to give the bid, so if you have an unusual circumstance, say it several times in your email or phone call. We had an unusual circumstance in which I sent detailed pictures in an email, but the contractor did not see all the pictures attached and when they came out to do the job, found that it could not be completed as quoted (initially, we were going to have them tear out and remove all concrete, driveway and attached patio areas, but the attached patio areas turned out to be too risky to remove, due to a deck support in the way, and the fact that the concrete continued as one piece under the garage and the garage had no real footings). So in the end, only the driveway was torn out and replaced, and the existing patio areas were left 'as is'.

Once the crew started the actual work, everything went very smoothly from there. Jadon and his team were very professional, took time to explain all of the steps of the project, and were very careful about removing the existing concrete without damaging our house and garage. They took time to listen to our concerns about water drainage and keeping water away from the house, and they designed a concrete trough to funnel water away from both the house and garage.

The quality & craftsmanship of the work was high, and they included receipts showing the actual concrete that they bought and used in the project. They showed up on time, when they said they would, and there were no delays. After the concrete was done, we had to wait to get it sealed (so the concrete could cure). Then due to rain, the team thought they would be a week late sealing, but instead, managed to squeeze us in, and actually sealed the driveway a few days early in the schedule.

They also have an online invoice system that makes it easy to pay, and you can pay by bank withdrawal or credit card.

Overall, they are a very professional team, and appear to be do high-quality work. We're definitely pleased with our new driveway and would recommend Dirty Boys Concrete LLC to other people.

Tyler was tough to get a hold of since they were so busy but we set the scheduled date

Patio design is just what we hoped for, Tyler was great to work with and was very accommodating.

Called and got a quote over the phone for two patios and a walkway (300 sq ft, 80 sq ft, ~30 sq ft). On the scheduled day, Tyler and his team showed up on time and began work immediately. They were all very professional and hard working. They got the job done in one day, aside from the sealing which took place ~2 weeks after to give the concrete time to cure. The quality of the work was great and Tyler was easy to work with. Would definitely hire again.

THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL DID A VERY FINE JOB.

The service turned out well. I was not home for the entire service. 2-4 technicians were out and completed most of the work in 1 day. There was 1 little crack in the concrete they could not fix but they did give us a free concrete sealing. It was not their fault that it had cracked, however. They were happy to answer any questions I had. They were great to work with and scheduling was not an issue. I also spoke with the owner and he was very responsive and great to work with as well.

The service went well. Four technicians came out and completed the job in a day and a half. They had to let it cure and came back to seal it a few weeks later. The staff showed up on time and did a good job. I had no problem scheduling the service.

They were prompt, helpful, courteous and did a great job. I was very pleased with the results.

I had the grade pretty much ready they came in compacted, formed, poured and finished and were gone by 5pm. Nice work drainage was all proper. Good work. Thanks.

They filled a bunch of saw cut holes in our warehouse floor, where it had been cut for plumbing work. They showed up on time, got it done quickly, and didn't leave a mess.
