Scott was great. Did not try to oversell me. He cleaned up my computer which is a 9 year old Dell desktop and added more memory and Google Chrome. My computer is so much faster now and I can access websites I was having problems with. I would definitely use him again and recommend to friends.

Allen picked the computer up at our home on a snowy day and had the work completed within 24 hours.  He kept his word in price, completion time and explained in detail what he had done.  I had a question two days later and I emailed him and within 12 hours had a response to my question.  I highly recommend him.

Allen was very responsive. After an initial e-mail exchange, he called me to introduce himself and describe his services. We set up a time for him to perform remote troubleshooting on my computer. He called promptly and once we had installed the necessary software for remote work, he continued troubleshooting on his own so that I could just walk away from the computer and "forget about it". After a few hours, he called me with an update and diagnosis.  Allen was flexible in setting up times to perform the work and was always prompt and reliable, which I appreciate because I use the computer in question for business and need access to it at specific times.
In all, he probably spent about five hours working on my PC over three different remote sessions, but stuck to the 3-hour maximum charge he had quoted for anti-virus clean-up. The service was well worth it because I had already done a lot of tinkering trying to enhance the PC's performance, but had not made much progress. In addition to cleaning everything up, Allen answered a lot of my questions about computer security and maintenance. He also provided some software to safeguard my computer. It was a very positive experience.

He gave us a price estimate( $200-$.250) and said he would call over the weekend. He called Saturday, found that it was both the connection point and the battery. He said it would be $135 total and he would have it ready by the end of the next week. He also told us that we were not really virus protected because we had 2 different security systems seeming to compete. We said we could take care of that part ourselves, but appreciated the information. He then called the following Thursday saying that he had the repairs completed and offered to bring it by the house as I did not have a car available to me that day. He had the repairs completed earlier than the estimate and for less than the estimate! Plus he was able to to deliver the laptop to our home. Now, I'm sure he will not always be able to do something like the delivery he did for me, but the fact that he could do it in this instance was wonderful.
