I received 3 bids for my job. 2 were for about $1000. and Richards was for $1500. I went with him as he seemed more professional. I did sign a contract that said it could be more or less. When I received the bill it was for $3300. He charged $150. for 2 bags of paver sand which I could buy at home depot for $28/bag. The edging was not installed correctly and I had to fix it as I was too disgusted to call him. Either he is incompetent or dishonest to bid a job so low and more than double it. Unless you have endless money do not hire. I would give a 0 if I could
