 + -1 moreIt didn't fix the problem so we hired another technician from another company and it was determined that the filter was plugged and thus it wouldn't cool the home. The new technician replaced the inline filter and it works fine. The next technician fixed the problem. Air Rite did not. We called the Air Rite technician and asked him to consider a particial refund of the fees we paid him. He claims he fixed the problem which was absolutely false. And he was very defensive and abrasive.
Description of Work: We asked him to fix our air conditioner because it was not keeping the home cool and it ran continually. He put in freon.
