The service person explained the work required and gave us other options. He was extremely professional, articulate, and informed. We are amazed how well the garage door works with the amount of damage we had.

It went great. Scott came up to Ogden on a Saturday. I went over what I felt I needed including a new garage door and re-framing. Scott advised me my old door was still in perfectly good condition as well as the wood framing surrounding it. This saved me $$. He installed a WLED Liftmaster, replaced rollers, etc. The LED light will be wonderful to have in what was a dark garage. He was polite and courteous, conscientious, and installed everything that day. Please call this company for your garage door needs. Five stars!!!

I don't write reviews very often, but when a company provides superior service and a quality product - well, I just have to share. The door that was installed looks absolutely beautiful. But let's be honest, other companies can provide a beautiful door. What makes this company stand out is their people. The install when smoothly. The site was left clean. But here's what set them apart. We have an older home (built in the 1970s). Apparently, garage door openings were a little larger than what today's garage doors are built to fit. There is a flashing that goes around the opening that compensates for this slight difference. When the gentleman provided the quote for the door, he did not include this flashing (a slight over site). I did not realize that the door did not fit properly until the morning after we paid for the door - you could see daylight coming through the side of the door! Here's the amazing part. I had already paid 100% for the door with a check. I called the company. I believe I worked with Chris. He told me about the flashing. They not only covered the cost of the oversight, but they came out and installed it two days later! In this day-and-age, where it seems the customer be hanged, this company cared about me as a person and the quality of my job. Thank you so very much!

AAA is the best! One of my garage door springs broke this morning. I called AAA at 10am and the technician was out and ready to work by 2:30pm. Quick quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

AAA was extremely responsive, timely, and professional. Scott came out the very next day after I contacted him, and provided a very thorough analysis of the work to be done and offered competitive rates in comparison to other companies I looked at. The work was outstanding, and AAA went out of their way to go above and beyond of what was required to ensure a superb job. High recommended!

I went out to go to work and the garage door wouldn't go up. After looking at it for a while, I realized that one of those big springs had broken in half. I called AAA Garage at 8:15 in the morning and left a message. I got a call back at 8:30 and my door was repaired and I was on my way to work by 10:30. I was very impressed. The repair man was pleasant and professional, tolerated my annoying dog (who jumped into his truck), and got the work done quickly. I also got a 10% discount for finding them on Angie's list.

They had to do some extra work to get the opener to fit. They came out to give me an estimate and then showed up exactly when they said they would. They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and were very friendly and professional. I would definitely hire again or recommend them.

Excellent! They called and set the appointment and were prompt in arriving. After some initial testing of the old opener they suggested that I replace the 10-year old, tract-home quality opener with an updated, more powerful unit. They promptly installed the new unit, credit the cost of the tune-up against the new opener, Trained me on it's use and left me with peace of mind. I recommend AAA.

Chris was friendly and took extra time to answer our questions and show us how to oil our door. We are thrilled with everything!

I called them on Friday night. They put me on the schedule for Saturday morning at 10:00am. They came a little before 9:30am on Saturday morning and my door was fixed and working beautifully by 10:30am. The repairman was efficient, friendly, and helpful. They had previously replaced a opener for me in November on my single car garage door. I had a similar experience at that time -- quick service; professional installation; a fair price. This time I chatted with the owner about some work that I could use relative to weather sealing around my garage door. I plan on calling him back in the summer (when it is warmer) to have the work done. Unless something goes unexpectedly and horribly wrong in the future with these guys, I think I have found my new "go-to" company if I have a problem with my garage door.

Awesome. Called over to AAA and Chris said he could come out that day. I wasn't available that soon so I made an appointment. Chris arrived on time. Installed new springs and serviced the door in under an hour. Garage is working great again and I feel like I paid a very fair price.

Come within 24 hours. Job finished as promised.

Excellent job!  My old power lift used to shake back and forth because it wasn't anchored down properly.  This one doesn't move an inch.  It's also very quiet and has an external key pad for entry to the garage.

The techs arrived about 20 minutes before the service window, and were finished really quickly! I got a great overview of how my new door works, and they were very respectful of my advance request to knock quietly, because the appointment window coincided with my son's nap time.
Moreover, AAA was so helpful over the phone! I had originally bought a direct-drive opener from Home Depot, but it turns out no one in my area installs them. Most people I called about it just said, "Sorry, we don't install those." But Chris from AAA was the one who told me that no one will install it, gave me the reasons, and helped me identify a solution that his team could install for me. I really appreciated that he didn't just say "we don't install those," but instead took the time to explain my predicament to me and help me solve it. So glad to have a working garage door again!

Called in the morning they came out the same day and fixed it. They quoted us $139 as he felt the metal cable needed to be replaced. After further inspection he deemed it ok and saved us $30. Overall very pleased with the service, fee and customer service. I would recommend and use again.
