He was there within 20 minutes of my phone call and stayed til I was done asking questions. He also checked another plumbing issue with a drinking fountain and didn't charge me.

Layne first fixed a long-standing leak in a spot that was very difficult to access. He did it with no disruption to the cupboard and wall that surrounded the leaking pipe. We had feared this by itself would be a many hundred dollar repair, but thanks to Layne's skill it was only $125. Then he purchased, picked up and installed a 40 gallon hot water heater and a water expansion tank for us. The price of the water heater, expansion tank and installation was $500. He finished it all in a single afternoon. We would never again hire anyone else.
