The service call was made under my home warranty; I only had to pay $60 for my service fee so nothing had to be repaired or anything. I disliked their scheduling; usually I would have to call them and try to say if they could come on a certain time and that was inconvenient. The last time when I called them, I told them that I would accept the appointment that they gave me but he didn’t call back to confirm that he had received my message and that the appointment was going to be mine than instead of somebody else’s. Later I got a call when their person was at my house while I was at work and I had to leave work in a rush so that I could get it serviced as I didn’t have air-conditioning for much longer. Their scheduling was just not convenient. They give a two hour window and if I was home during that time I would have had to wait a whole hour as he was still half way through and running late. Their work was fine and it didn’t take longer than 20 minutes. He figured out the problem pretty quickly, fixed it and was on his way, and that was nice. He was really good. I haven’t had an issue with my air-conditioning system since.
