Alpine was tasked with fixing a multitude of leaks in our apartment. While we got off to a rough start, Jared stepped in as the lead and contact on the job and made sure we were kept in the loop through out the process from drying out the water to locating and fixing the problems and finally to the patch and repair of the walls and flooring. The work was completed two weeks ago and Jared just stopped by again to check in and verify we are staying dry.... He has "restored"  our confidence in this company.

They forgot to do a room but when I called to let them know, they responded quickly and fixed the problem.

Alpine Cleaning ad Restoration Services took on the tough job of doing a complete clean-up which included boxing up personal items, removing carpets and kitchen cabinets, and power-washing. They were there within an hour of my calling them and finished the entire job in about a week. The entire crew from the project manager on down were extremely professional and compassionate. 
The whole experience was made much easier with their level of care and professionalism. I was actually sad to see the job finished because it meant our business with them was done and I would be without their support that I truly appreciated at the time. When the bill arrived we were happy to find a letter of condolences from the project manager. We would DEFINITELY be using their services in the future if need be. Not only are they great at their jobs but they are great people that we had the pleasure of meeting.

The service was fine. The landlord paid for it. I would use someone else.

I got the three room special. I paid about $90 for 3 rooms. They did a good job. I would refer them to others and I am going to use them again in the future.

About a month after we moved into our new home I came into my living room and realized my kids had painted my carpet with black craft paint.  I was having an event at my house the next day and needed immediate service.  I called several places in the area, most of them would  not guarantee they could get the paint out.  Alpine was able to send technicians out within two hours of my call, they offered instructions over the phone for me to keep the carpet wet and covered.  The men that came were very nice and professional.  They were able to get all the paint off my carpet with no spots, and I have not had any lifting of the stains since.  When we needed to all the carpeting in our home cleaned this year they came and did a great job again, for a very competitive price. They actually were able to get a different old and dried paint stain off an area of carpet as well.  They are amazing!
