I had a warranty issue on a brand new furnace I had and the person that put in the furnace got sick and quit doing the work, so I hired Alpha Mechanical. After he came and fixed the furnace in October or November, I had to call him seven or eight times to bring the part to me, and it wasn't until March that he finally got it to me. I thought it was under warranty but he charged me for it and then he told me that I was lucky he would come all the way, it was just fifteen miles away. His professionalism was not good. He did come out and fix my furnace right away when it went out, so I had heat, because it was cold, so he did do that but to get my part to me required begging. I would not use him again.

Very reasonable and educated the owner on how to use the furnace. Really pleased and just great!
