About us

I am a Licensed Residential Appraiser. I have been in the appraisal business for 9 years now and have worked with many different peers to compile the best knowledge for my business. I complete appraisals in all counties in Utah except for Salt Lake County; as I am also currently the appraiser for The Salt Lake County Assessor and have signed a non-bias agreement. Being a licensed appraiser in Utah, I am able to complete all appraisals with an approximate value of up to one million dollars.

I highly recommend Utah Pro Appraisals, and especially Taylor Prowell as an appraiser! Taylor was absolutely amazing to work with! We needed our appraisal as soon as possible and Taylor came out the same day we ordered it. He was very professional, prompt, and we could tell he really knew what he was doing. He came in, took some pictures, measurements, and answered all of our questions we had for him. He said the appraisal would take up to three days to deliver to our lender. However, Taylor had it written up the next day and submitted to our lender. His appraisal fee was very affordable too! Thank you Taylor and Utah Pro Appraisals for an outstanding job!
