Everything went fine, we were worried by some other reviews about some emissions inspection repairs costing lots of money but we had no issues with The Car Doctors. Our car was a 2010 Toyota with very low miles though so I would have been very surprised if they had found anything that required repairs to pass an emissions test.

Initially it went bad. One of the tires came off the car while I was driving. This cause body damage and a bunch of problems with the front end steering mechanism.
The reason I'm writing this review is because of the response from the shop. They had my car towed to their shop, inspected the damage, identified the problem, and took responsibility for work done in their shop. Dan, who runs the shop, is a really "stand-up" guy. Total repairs for this incident were probably more than $2000 and Dan took care of it completely. He never quibbled about what needed to be done or whose responsibility it was. When I got my car back, it drove like it was brand new.
I've done business with this shop in the past and I will continue to do so. I think their prices are reasonable but I'm loyal to them because of the integrity and accountability Dan has shown regarding his team's work. He will definitely stand behind what he says.

I've used The Car Doctor many times in the past and have always been very happy with their service. They are fair and do a good job with repairs and service.
The most recent visit was to have tires replaced on our van. They did the work and completed before they said they would and then gave us a call to let us know that it was done. Everything appears correct.
Their prices do seem a bit higher than other places, at times, but the value you get from their service is certainly worth it. I've never felt like they were trying to cheat me, which is hard to find from these types of shops.
