Mark is lovely. He called me back right away and fixed my AC unit on a Sunday night. Really friendly and informative as well.

Mark was great! He was a great a communicator and he was thorough in his work and explanation of the issues with our system. He clearly explained our options for replacement/ repair and was honest in sharing his opinions without pressuring us to make any purchases. He seemed to take pride in his work. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about our recent experience with Taylor Heat and Air was top notch. Scheduling was a breeze, and Mark arrived promptly for the tune-up of our two furnaces. Mark has many years experience, and it showed in his knowledgeable responses to our questions. Our furnaces are 15 or 16 years old, and Mark discovered that one of them needed a new switch, which he replaced quickly and inexpensively. We appreciated Mark's candid assessment of our furnaces and the fact that he didn't try to sell us two new units unnecessarily. It helps too that we've known Mark and his family for several years, and we'll continue to trust him to provide excellent service in the future. We highly recommend Taylor Heat and Air!

Amazing service. Fast, reliable and knowledgeable.

Taylor was the only company who offered to come out after 6pm without charging us an "after hours" fee. Mark was there within 30 minutes of calling and did an excellent job for us. He was very straight forward with us and helped us make the hard decision to do a full replacement on our furnace. His thorough inspection of the unit helped us find something that could have been very dangerous for our family and we are so grateful. He wasn't pushy, and was candid about the options and potential costs of each. There were some unforeseen circumstances that popped up, but Mark was a man of his word and stuck to his original quote, which we really appreciated. We will definitely continue to work with him in the future. Oh and this might be a small detail to some, but I really appreciated that he wore shoe coverings in the carpeted areas of our home. He's got the professionalism of a large company, with the down-to-earth feel of a family owned operation. Perfect combo!

My furnace was diagnosed by two companies who couldn't figure out the root of the issue and kept replacing parts. Mark was amazing! He was personable and knowledgeable. He was quick and thorough and honest about what needed to be done. He didn't try to get more money out of me through extra unneeded items or sevices. I could not recommend him enough! I will definitely use him again if I need anything.
