Dr. Christensen is fantastic. The other doctors in his office are much less so. We've used Dr. Christensen for years. He's delivered 3 of our children and we've shared the most intimate parts of our lives with him and trust him completely.
The medical issues are personal, so we won't share details here, but Dr. Christensen always listens carefully to what we say, and if we are talking about something that he doesn't know about, he's perfectly willing to tell us that he doesn't know, but then he'll go research and at our next visit, he'll have a well developed knowledge about the condition. If he feels that we'd get better care from a specialist, he will recommend us to them, and everyone he's recommended to us has been equally fantastic.
The biggest downside is that because he's such a good doctor, everyone requests him specifically, which can make getting in to see him a bit difficult at times (sometimes you have to wait a week for non-critical stuff).
I've been around medical doctors all of my life (I'm a former EMT) and I can truly say that he's the best doctor I've ever visited.

My son was sick and had bumps in his mouth. The staff was courteous and the doctor engaged my children. The doctor said that my son had a virus, and that medicine would not help. However, if he was not better within a week then we should come back in.
