Bear Peak Tile LLC

I decided to hire this company after reading their google reviews. My experience was unfortunately very bad. I coordinated a price estimate with Brian over the phone and by text sending photos of my bathroom and a picture of a finished bathroom that I wanted to match. He gave me a price and told me he could start the following week. Since he could start so soon, I choose to use Bear Peak Tile even though the price was much higher than other quotes I had received. The morning he was supposed to get started, he came in and told me it was going to cost more than he quoted me because I wanted to use the floor tile to wrap the shower curb instead of the wall tile. I have set tile for many years and knew this was not much difference in labor and felt I was not being treated fairly. I asked if he could honor the price he had given me since it was much higher than other quotes I received and the labor difference was small. I also said I wanted him to be happy with the price so if he needed to charge me more, I would be willing to pay more. He spoke with his father and told me he would honor the original price. We shook hands and I assumed he would get started right away. A few minutes later I noticed he was gone. He sent me a text message saying "he was going to have to pass on my job" He wouldn't take my call and only text me saying it was too much work, he was too busy, and he wasn't interested in doing my job anymore. This was a very standard 5'x12' bathroom with shower. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company in the future since, in my experience, this company is not dependable or professional.

We found Bear Peak Tile just in time! We needed to find a contractor to install our tile flooring after another contractor fell through at the last minute. I can't Express how grateful we are that we found Bear Peak. Brian did an absolutely outstanding job on our floor for a very fair price! He was very professional throughout the entire process. He was able to start on our job right away so that our job could be finished when we had originally planned. He even worked into the evening. I love to just go downstairs and look at my beautiful tile floor. I would hire Bear Peak again in a heartbeat and would recommend this company to anyone in need of a professional and beautiful tile job.

They did excellent work, clean up after themselves and I would hire them again. Good people to work with.
