Wow! Submitted a HomeAdvisor request for our malfunctioning AC unit and Shawn called us shortly after on a Sunday! He came out the next day and after diagnosing our unit, gave us repair options in a professional and courteous manner. That afternoon we were up and running with a newly repaired AC unit on a hot July day! Thank you!!

Shawn was really top notch. I was very impressed with his service for our air conditioner. He took his time with everything from diagnosis to repair, and informed me every step of the way. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything, and he was very thorough. His pricing was also very reasonable and he had the part and did the repair same day. We'll be using him for all our future needs.

This is an on going project. The unit is old and is operating on a temporary fix. Harmons will replace the unit at our request. We were offered several units to choose from with expert help choosing the unit we need. This is an on going job . Staying with Harmons to complete it. Very satisfied . Gary !!
