My service technician, Jared, was prompt, courteous and very pleasant. He made a diagnosis of the problem and made repairs in reasonable time. All work was done within the originally estimated price. The work was professionally done and works as if new. This is the way service calls should all be.

Jared was very responsive at first. He care out to measure for the installation. However, there has been no follow up despite multiple phone calls and emails. His voicemail had been full for over a week now which has made communication impossible. I switched to Home Depot.

I hired then to service the openers at my house. The tech showed up and diagnosed the problem as the opener itself and recommended new openers. I got a second opinion from a previously unavailable handyman who said the grease in the track was frozen and simply needed to be replaced.
