A-1 PAINTING & TEXTURING

This painter was not organized and did not do the work in a professional manner. I expected for all of the patching, filling, sanding to occur first. Then paint by first cutting in all of the edges and then rolling the walls. He randomly did patch work and painted. His painting was done haphazard and not complete. Nothing was taped off leaving a big mess and paint dots everywhere. He did not use the type and sheen of paint I asked for.

Some of the paint started coming off after winter. We called them and they said somebody will come. The next winter came and more came off, but they didn't come. They could tell me to go and get the paint. They haven't called back, or haven't done anything, and we have a warranty. They said the paint is on warranty, not us. It was a beautiful job when they did it, but it is coming off, and we don't know why. The prices were okay. They were very good when they did it, but we haven't seen them since then.

It's going good, but they're still working on the project right now. I was out of the country while they've been doing the work, but they were very polite and very prompt. I really have enjoyed working with them. He met me right on time at the date and the time I asked to meet him. We talked and I had a bid the next day, so I was very pleased with that. I'm happy their work and their service.

Went well, they were a little late coming from another job and changed the day but showed up when they said and stayed late to finish the job; had to return next day but they did and I was happy with their work.

They do a beautiful job and usually come when they call. They give you an estimate and stay within the estimate. They are very much into my being satisfied and they finish all the jobs. I had wood working done by them; it took a full two weeks but there are three brothers who are available to work. I had heavy wallpaper to be taken off and it was stuck to the wall so they had to redo walls so they just call another brother who also is a painter. They get extra help within their own family; it is a family operation. The three brothers are painters and wood workers. I would recommend them to my friends highly. I also used them two years ago for a really difficult job in a master bedroom and they were excellent on that one too.
