Eddie Durrant and his assistant did a great job in replacing my water heater. They showed up on time and did the installation in an orderly and careful manner. When finished, they explained what the work consisted of and removed my old unit. I would definitely recommend them.

Ryan & Raiden were the two plumbers that came on time, great personalities, and efficient work. Raiden installed the two valves. $279.00 He did a great job & was very pleasant. Ryan was pitching me the other services you provided & fast talking.He even talked me into also replacing the reducing valve for safety reasons ($309.00) Raiden also installed that valve and did an excellent job. The prices seemed steep even with the Veterans discount, but Raiden's service was impeccable and appreciated.

Larry is a star! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got right to the root of the problems and fixed them. He also gave me advice on two other plumbing issues that are on my do-list. previously reported problems on another review. After completion of the job they did not use a back hoe to tamp down the dirt prior to replacing sod. Obviously, this will result in uneven ground where they dug. Like most companies, they overbook appointments resulting in extended completion times and unavailability of equipment when needed.

Hired to jet cut roots in our sewer line. On day one, the high pressure compressor broke down. It took a number of days to fix the machine but they finally showed up to complete the job. Again, it seemed that the pressure output was inconsistent and it took a long time to cut out the roots. At the end of day two a complete final inspection of the sewer line was not done. A little over a week later we had a different company come by for a sewer line repair estimate. Embarrassingly, it was revealed that there were still uncut roots in the sewer line. We had already paid for the work and this unfortunate outcome is currently unresolved.

Valley Plumbing gives great service! Ricky is very professional and knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job fixing our plumbing issues. I love that they give me a small window of time to expect the plumber to arrive, and give an email and call when he is on his way. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Drain Pipe Installation
When they put the drain in they put new cement in and then the cement is a little rough. I think if it had been smoother I would have given him a higher grade. I like him and have used him a couple of times, but I think they may be a little high in price. I may look elsewhere.

Before I called Valley Plumbing I called around to 5-6 other local shops and they were the only company able to come out the same day and also about $200 cheaper than anyone else I talked to. Eddie showed up on time to evaluate my water heater and offer me options including fixing it so it would work for a bit longer or just replacing the unit and the pros and cons of each and the price. Since I knew the unit was old I opted to just replace it so I did not have to worry about it later. Eddie was very professional and explained the entire process to me including exactly what I was paying for and the work performed needed to be completed and cleaned up very well after himself when the job was complete. Also their website had a $50 off coupon that I was not able to download and he was able to apply it to the work he did to save me a bit more money. Overall I was happy to be able to take a warm shower the same day I realized my water heater was not working and that alone was worth what I ended up paying for the replacement.

Incredible! I've never had this happen before with a plumbing or electrical service provider. Eddie work for over an hour looking for a problem with our water pressure. The problem had been very erratic. While he did not find the exact problem, yet, I was not charged anything ($0) for the time and expense that Valley Plumbing incurred just trying to identify the problem. One can argue that service was not performed as the problem was not identified, but skills were required and our entire system was checked out. I will definitely use these guys again. Eddie was great!

We were close to having to peeing in plastic bottles because water was backing using and coming out of the drain in the laundry room. So we got on Angie's List and came across the coupon Valley was offering for the main drain cleaning. Matt came out and performed the work masterfully. Luckily our problem wasn't too bad and we didn't have to replace the main. Cudo's to Matt for being very professional, friendly, and talking through every step.

I called Valley Plumbing about 8:00 am Saturday morning, and the lady who answered said she could have someone there by 10:30 am. Rob from Valley Plumbing arrived promptly, immediately recognized the problem, had the correct parts on this truck, and fixed the problem in minutes - all for a great price on a holiday weekend!

Both appointments went well. The first time they were able to respond quickly and got the drain cleared, but warned that it was in bad shape (we'd been told this before). Due to family matters we weren't able to do anything about it for several months. We finally scheduled them to put a new lining in the house-to-street sewer connection. It went well. We'd also bought a new toilet which they installed for us at no additional charge. The only bump was the workers taking the toilet out of our van and setting it in the drive at the beginning of the day. After doing the sewer line work they said they had to get to another appointment and would come back the next day to install the toilet, but left it in the drive. We called, and someone came that evening to put it out of sight. Everyone from Valley Plumbing we met or talked to on the phone was very pleasant and easy to work with.

This service should come with video camera, but the provider didn't had the camera onsite. As the camera wasn't there, the person who did the job could not guarantee the work as he could not see whether main drain was cleaned up or not.

I like them and they even finished early. They guy even said that they have more time for their minimum charge and offered to so some things so I had them checked something else. They were just thorough. They did not try to over sell me and up charge me. I like their honesty and integrity. They are very easy to work with and very fair. They did not try to sell additional things.

We started noticing multiple toilets getting clogged, and then one Saturday morning whenever we would flush the toilets our basement drain would bubble! YUCK. We called a couple of placed. Valley Plumbing had great reviews, and was able to come in about an hour (as opposed to later that evening).
He came, was professional, and clean. Got the job done. Took time to explain the video reconnaissance he did. Would use again (but hopefully won't need to!) ;)
