Hector arrived the next day and evaluated the best way for drying the carpet. He explained in detail how we could get the carpet dry and used an electronic tool to determine where the moisture was. Based on his advice, we were able to get the carpet almost dry by the next day. We will continue the treatment for a few days to make sure the carpet is fully dry. If we need further assistance, he will be available. Thanks much Hector, Dave

The tile work was uneven at the edges and he built up the transition with two tack strips. He covered the tile issues and matched existing transitions in the home.
Due to some miscommunication (on both of our parts) Hector had to come back, but he was cheerful and happy to oblige.
Hector is very personable and we plan to have him come back and stretch some carpet that is too big for the room.
