I will not return to Totally Awesome Computers. The staff talked down to me, and I still had to take my computer in for repairs after they had performed their service. I was very displeased by this.

My overall experience was poor. They erased a whole bunch of information on the computer that they said would not be erased. The price I paid was descent for the work done, but I would not recommend them to friends, family, or neighbors.

I felt that the employees were quick to help me and service was great and priced fairly. I would recommend them to my associates. They just gave me an overall good feeling about the experience.
